Orchid Lakes respects your privacy and only collects the information needed to manage bookings, enquiries and the safe running of the fishery.
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, booking details, vehicle registration and any information you provide when contacting us.
Your information is used to manage your booking, respond to enquiries, communicate important site information, maintain security and improve our service.
Payments are processed securely. Orchid Lakes does not store full card details.
CCTV may operate on site for security, safety and protection of the fishery. Footage is stored securely and only kept for as long as necessary.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
Your information may be shared only where necessary with booking systems, payment providers or legal authorities if required.
Booking and accounting records may be kept for up to 6 years. General enquiries are usually kept for up to 12 months. CCTV footage is normally retained for 14–30 days unless needed for investigation.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data.
