Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, entering the site, or fishing at Orchid Lakes, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Bookings & Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment secures your booking. Bookings are non-transferable without prior consent.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. We may reschedule bookings due to fish welfare or operational needs.
Conduct
All anglers must follow fishery rules, respect others and maintain high standards at all times. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
Fish Welfare
Appropriate fish care equipment and safe rigs must be used at all times. We reserve the right to inspect and enforce changes.
Liability
All visitors use the site at their own risk. Orchid Lakes is not liable for injury, loss or damage, except where required by law.
Vehicles
Vehicles must be parked in designated areas. We accept no responsibility for theft or damage.
Visitors
Guests are by prior agreement only. The booking angler is responsible for all visitors.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals without refund where terms are breached.
CCTV
CCTV may be in operation for security and safety.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
